Single, but not single

My journey with animals began with a remarkable Alaskan Malamute — a loyal and loving companion I had to part with during an overwhelming period of my life. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, but I knew she deserved a life filled with more time and attention than I could offer at the time.

Later, while studying in San Francisco, California, I adopted my first cat, Panther, from the SPCA. He was no ordinary cat — loyal, intuitive, and full of personality, he reminded me of a dog in so many ways. Panther followed me across continents, from the U.S. to Norway and then Spain, becoming my constant companion for over 14 years. His passing, due to collapsed lungs, was deeply heartbreaking — a true loss of a beloved family member.

These experiences with animals have shaped who I am today and deepened my commitment to giving them the care, respect, and love they deserve.

Managing Indoor Pets

After sharing my life with two wonderfully easygoing cats, Panther and Kråka — both of whom sadly passed away the latter from cancer — the shift to caring for a pair of feral brothers was a whole new experience.

From the start, these two were a handful. Shy yet spirited, they’ve tested my patience in the best (and most chaotic) ways. Watching them interact is a constant source of entertainment — one minute they’re playing sweetly, the next they’re caught in a whirlwind of friendly feuds that leave dust and fur flying across the room.

Fortunately, discovering tofu cat litter was a game changer. It controls odors incredibly well and keeps the indoor mess to a minimum, making life with these wild-hearted companions a lot more manageable — and much more enjoyable.

…an april day in Spain…an advertise of husky puppies to be adopted was brought to me. Adora 🐾 came into my life in early July 2023. A new dog again.

The decision became quite an adventure. I adopted the husky puppy while the two feral cat brothers were quite young, I was buying / selling my house, renovating and had an injured knee. After three years, my effort has given me a big bonus. Mio & Mac
